Crescent Valley Cheese Slices, Havarti

Premium natural cheese. In a class by itself. Havarti, a milder version of German Titlist, was first made popular in Denmark. However, the Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison developed a special, Wisconsin-style Havarti that is firmer in texture and more buttery in flavor than other types. Havarti has a buttery, creamy and slightly acidic taste that goes well with sandwiches, casseroles and fondue. Food Affinities/Parings: Plums, grapes, almonds, poultry, and seafood. Best with: Shiraz, Burgundy and Rose wines. Your comments are welcomed! 1-800-672-8260. Product of USA.
